Sea Salt Caramels

The scent of a kitchen mid-bake, caught and bottled. It opens with a bright rush of richly sweet sweetened creamed butter and mineral sea salt. The heart of the blend is burnt-sugar caramel, lending real character to the center. The drydown settles into creamy whipped vanilla, dark, woodsy maple, and quietly distinct sweetened condensed milk, anchoring everything above it. Sugared and impossible to resist, it fills a room with the smell of something good in the oven.
