Cinnabun

This one belongs in a bakery display case. It begins with a sparkling opening of warm ground cinnamon, tart black currant cassis, and churned sweet cream butter. At the center, spice-market clove, fine white sugar, dark, woodsy maple, and spoonable cream cheese take over, lending real character to the center. Spoonable vanilla glaze and warm, rising baked dough round out the base, giving the fragrance its lasting depth. Sweet, warm, and utterly indulgent, it's a treat for the senses, straight from the mixing bowl.
