Return Policy

The Scented Soldier is committed to your satisfaction. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged or not to your expectations, please review our return policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your order was placed with The Scented Soldier directly, you can return your unused and unopened items within 5 business days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at bavanvleet@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and include your order number in your email.
• You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return within 2 business days.
• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or process your exchange. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
• If you request an exchange, we will send you an invoice for any additional shipping charges. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the exchange and provide you with the tracking number.

Gift Returns and Exchanges

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will be eligible to receive a digital The Scented Soldier gift card for the value of your return, less shipping charges.
• Items that are not shipped directly to the gift recipient are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Special Orders and Wholesale Orders

• We do not accept returns for special orders or wholesale orders. We will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged from transit. Clear photos of the damaged shipping package and item(s) will be required.

Please Note

• We cannot process returns or exchanges for orders purchased from our retail partners. Please contact the store where your products were purchased for their return policy.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
