Donation Request Form

Thank you for considering The Scented Solider for your upcoming fundraiser or event. We strive to contribute to our community and are committed to helping where we can.

To request a donation, please fill out our Donation Request Form.

Please note:

We currently only accept donation requests from organizations within Indiana.

A Tax ID number is required for any 501(c)(3) requests to be considered.

Due to demand and availability, we may not be able to honor all requests.

We will respond within 2 business days to let you know if we can fulfill your request.

The requestor will need to make arrangements to pick up the donation in Martinsburg, WV, or be responsible for shipping costs.

Shop from a variety of locally made handmade gifts for your Valentine! Door prizes of handmade and local items!

Blue Ridge Arts & Crafts Festival - Spring Fest 2026

The 10th annual Blue Ridge Arts & Crafts Festival: Spring Fest will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 at beautiful Morgans Grove Park in Shepherdstown, WV, in conjuction with the annual Earth Day Fest! 70 Blue Ridge artisans with 100% handcrafted gifts, live music, beer garden, children's activities, nonprofit vendors, and more! Free admission, as always!
